Terms for Wedding Packages

~ Coordination fees are included in all wedding packages.
~ Without purchase of a wedding package, coordination fees begin at $1,000 and are required for all weddings.
~ You must be a registered hotel guest to secure a wedding date and package.
~ A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a wedding date. Packages $10,000 or more require 50% of the package upon the signed event order. 25% of the remaining balance of the wedding package 30 days from the wedding date and the remaining balance 10 days prior to the wedding date unless another deposit schedule has been pre-arranged with the Sales, Weddings and Events Manager.
~ In the event of a wedding cancellation, deposits on wedding packages are refundable in the following schedule: The $1,000 deposit to secure the date is non-refundable. Cancellations of wedding within 30 days of wedding date will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit of the wedding package. Cancellations within 10 days of the wedding date will forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellation of vendors hired by the hotel on behalf of guest is subject to individual cancellation policy of each vendor.

~ All wedding packages are subject to 2% administrative fee and 4.166% Hawaii State Tax

~ All photo packages with Kaua are subject to photographers’ availability. In the event Kaua is not available, a photo credit of 1,000 will be applied towards another photographer of the couple’s choice.
