TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION:
Initial deposit is needed to confirm the wedding date. Hotel confirms only one wedding per day.

Wedding packages to be confirmed directly with the Hotel’s Wedding Coordinator. Reservations numbers are required to confirm free package eligibility.

DEPOSIT:
A $200.00 deposit for Water and Earth Packages and $600 usd for Wind and Fire Packages is required to hold and confirm the wedding date.

This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of the package. If the couple receives this package complimentary, the deposit will be applied towards any upgrades that the couple adds on or to charges upon check-out (phone calls, spa treatments, jewelry and shops, etc.).

CHANGES:
The items and services listed are not interchangeable for other inclusions, no cash refunds nor do credits apply for un-used items/services.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Packages do not include accommodations. Special group room rates, discounts and additional concessions apply for groups from 10+ rooms per night.

NON-HOTEL GUESTS:
Wedding guests staying at a different resort are welcome to assist to the wedding events. Additional charges apply according to the selected package, please ask your wedding coordinator for more details.
